Event InfoARRIVAL
Please arrive at camp no earlier than 3:00 pm. The camp is located at the very end of a dead end street and has two entrances on the left. Please use the first entrance and drive down to the Program Center to let us know you have arrived. DEPARTURE Be prepared to leave the game site on Sunday. No closing ceremonies will be held for this event. PARKING AND DRIVING ON CAMP
After you have stowed your belongings, please park your vehicle in the grassy field near the entrance. It is called UNICORN MEADOW on the map. When driving on camp please remember the speed limit is a HARD 10 mph. This is to ensure your safety and the safety of anyone who is walking on the road. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PARKING: Near the Cabins and at the rear of the Program Center, please avoid pulling into the grass, even if it is just to unload. This is per the Ranger's instructions. The rule to remember for pulling off the road, or on the sidewalk area in front of the Program Center, is to keep 2 tires on the gravel or pavement. If you get stuck anywhere on camp, DO NOT try to force yourself out. Get either Garrett or Adam so that we can organize a group to push you out, or contact the Ranger to pull you out with his tractor. |
Sleeping ArrangementsThis event we will be using the Program Center ONLY, so this is the only building available for sleeping space. Approximately 30-50 people are able to sleep here; please do not sleep in closets or hallways as this is a fire hazard. This building has a large kitchen (located at the back of the building), indoor bathrooms, and 2 showers.
ADIRONDACK AND PLATFORM TENTS You are more than welcome to sleep in these sites or bushwhack a space for your own tent. Sleeping arrangements are provided on a first come, first serve basis. You may only reserve one other bed or sleeping space at this event for players who have not yet arrived on camp.
CHECK-IN Check-in will take place in the Program Center Foyer between 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Friday Night, and 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Saturday Morning. |
Food Arrangements
There will be a potluck Saturday night. Outside of the potluck, Catalyst will not be hosting meals, so please pack or plan accordingly. All buildings with sleeping space have kitchens. Please be courteous towards everyone that you are sharing this space with and clean up when you are finished preparing your food, not after you have eaten. There are a handful of restaurants, gas stations, and groceries within 20 minutes of camp if you choose not to bring food.
